  Terrible customer service. The worst I've ever experienced. We were lost and in regular communication with the staff at AZ Zipline. They refused to issue a refund or reschedule and would not charge a cancellation fee. They said they would charge the full price. They encouraged us to try to make it and agreed to hold the group until 1:15pm. We sped and arrived exactly at 1:15. We were told the group had left and we wouldn't be accommodated. After finally speaking with a manager they agreed to only charge us 50%. There was no option to charge a cancellation fee and reschedule. We told them we weren't coming back and there was no concern. Will never go back. Beautiful drive though!
